Sustainable construction with aluminium – 100% recyclable
Aluminium is the right choice if you really want to build sustainably, especially with Aliplast aluminium. Aluminium doors and windows have an average lifespan of 50 years. The material can be easily melted, shaped and reshaped without loss of quality. It is therefore 100% recyclable. Aliplast mainly uses recycled aluminium billets - 'Green Metal' - for architectural systems.

The process waste from extruded aluminium profiles and painted/anodized scrap is melted together and transformed into new billets. The energy required for this is only 5% of the energy needed to make a new billet from raw materials.
