An innovative school building without classical classrooms built with sustainable materials. That was the request of Go! Education for their school next to "Rivierenhof" in Deurne.
Alipast distributor Durama chose windows and doors in the Star75 system. A sleek and sober profile with very good insulating properties. Besides the air- and watertight characteristics of the profiles, robustness is important. Doors in a school building are not always used cautiously. That is why the door wings are made in bi-metal version, and are therefore more robust than traditional rebated profiles. Moreover, this ensures that the doors open and close smoothly even when the sun shines on the aluminium door for a long period of time.
