Alberic apartment complex

This stylish and highly energy-efficient new-build residence houses 24 residential units and 2 office spaces.
Our partner Durama chose the Star75 system for the fixed windows and tall double tilt and turn windows. Combined with sturdy Ultraglide sliding windows in light grey (powder colour 9ST07D) for the 3 lower floors. 
For the top storey, black (powder colour 9MS04X) was chosen for both the sash windows and the sheet metal cladding. A successful combination with the Evolution Ornate facade brick by Olivier Bricks.
